It’s been a year since we took our practices to Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP and re-joined some of our fellow colleagues. Unfortunately, our weblog and posts didn’t come with us, and things have not been the same. So, we’ve dusted off the keyboard and have gotten back to it!
Legislation, regulatory activity, and case law is moving quickly, in privacy and consumer financial services. We will do our best to make up for lost time. Just like before, we plan to post about decisions and developments that impact our clients, our practices, and cases or events that we simply find interesting. We hope our posts make it easy to keep up with legal updates in consumer finance and privacy.
